Oct 07 New Material for Colporteurs: We have made available to you several free eBooks you can download and study to aid in your Canvassing education. First and most important are the Spirit of Prophecy Blueprint books: 'Colporteur Ministry' and the 1902 classic 'Manual for Canvassers' compiled by Ellen White herself. Then we have placed online an assortment of tracts that you can have printed and use to distribute as you work. Third we have placed online the book 'Selling Great Controversy'--mainly for Part 3 that has amazing experiences of the co-author. We also have a testimony 'Following the Blueprint', from the experience of the late Al Wolfson about doing the work by God's Blueprint, and not the ideas of men. You will want to avail yourself of the opportunity to prayerfully read this material. Oct. 07 Special Note: regarding the Mail-in Cards for the sample books and brochures: The first idea was to assign each seller an ID number so that when these cards were sent in to Harvestime, they would be packaged up and sent to the assigned seller. This method is NOT going to be used because it is costly in both time and means. The seller needs to get the interests request as soon as possible -- so we are asking all sellers to use their own address on the cards. The better way is for the seller to
put his own address or get a PO Box and use that address so he gets the cards
sooner and can follow up right away. You will need to get address labels from
your Business supply outlet to put your address on and stick over the Harvestime
Address on the cards. This would save time and you would be more likely
to get the contact requests when the people were still interested. Sept. 07 Special Note: regarding Flip-charts: These have been discontinued.
